April 8, 2014, Tuesday of Passion Week:
Mid-Afternoon Update: Mr. Michael Cain, the publisher and editor of The Daily Catholic website, informed me a few hours ago of the death of his long-suffering wife, +Mrs. Cynthia Adele Frances Cain, at 3:00 a.m., Pacific Daylight Saving Time, this morning, Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
Although this news was not unexpected as Cyndi has suffered so very much for so very long as a consecrated slave of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, having been at death’s door for most of this past year, we are still nevertheless saddened upon the news of her death. It was our privilege to visit with the Cains during our visits to Spokane, Washington, in October of 2006, May of 2007 and October of 2008. Cyndi radiated such great love for the Holy Faith, which was her entire life and the foundation of the beautiful marriage that she had with Mike for over thirty-three years. She wrote inspirational reflections of the Holy Faith that will be of help to many souls
For his part, Mike Cain, who was good to enough to provide an internet outlet for my writing at a time after I had been dropped from the pages of The Wanderer in early-2001 and before my association with The Remnant began in December of 2002, is relieved that his wife’s long, long suffering from so many illnesses (Cyndi had pneumonia sixty times in her sixty-five years, seven months and five days of life). As a Catholic from the top of his head to the tip of his toes, however, Mike Cain also knows that, no matter Cyndi’s long years of suffering, which she offered up so valiantly for her own sins and those of the whole world, it is necessary to pray for the repose of her immortal soul, knowing that Our Lady will direct the fruit of those prayers to some other worthy soul if she is in Heaven.
Mrs. Cyndi Cain had the benefits of the Holy Sacraments on April 5, 2014, the Feast of Saint Vincent Ferrer, O.P., and the Commemoration of Saturday in the Fourth Week of Lent and the First Saturday of the month of April. She had her Rosary beads in her hands at the time of her death.
Sharon and Lucy join me in offering our deepest condolences to Mr. Michael Cain, as fine a Catholic gentleman as one is ever going to meet, and to their sons, Kellin and Kevin. Please join us in remembering Mrs. Cain’s immortal soul in your prayers and to arrange to have Masses offered by true priests who make no concessions to conciliarism for the repose of her immortal soul.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all of the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
We Must Accept This Chalice of Suffering Without Compromise has been posted at a very late/early hour. This commentary deals with some of the recent advances made by the homofascists both in the world and in the counterfeit church of conciliarism. Readers should be aware that there are topics and at least photograph that are not fit for tender eyes or for those who would rather not read about or see such things. Caution is thus advised.
Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us.
