April 9, 2014, Wednesday in Passion Week:

Although it is over sixteen hours since Minds Made Up Wrong Must Be Remade was posted, I did want to preface it with this brief introduction. I was just too tired late last evening to do anything other than to post the article and to update the Articles Archive page on this site.

The current article discusses the necessity of reevaluating positions when they are proven to be contrary to what is true. So many semi-traditional Catholics refuse even to look at Pope Leo XIII’s two apostolic letters, Epistola Tua, June 17, 1885, and Est Sane Molestum, December 17, 1888, a phenomenon that is no different than the refusal of pro-aborts to reconsider their support for the execution of the innocent preborn by chemical and surgical means and those who support the medical industry’s manufactured myth of “brain death” to recognize the simple fact that human beings are being vivisected alive in the name of “giving the gift of life.” Examples of each are given in this follow-up to Monday’s We Must Accept This Chalice of Suffering Without Compromise.

Please continue to pray for the repose of the immortal soul of the +late Mrs. Cynthia Adele Frances Cain, who died at 3:33 a.m., Pacific Daylight Saving Time, yesterday, Tuesday, April 8, 2014. The details of her Requiem Mass, which will take place in San Diego, California, on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, Tuesday of Holy Week are as follows:

Tuesday morning, April 15.
Bayview Chapel, 2809 Adams Ave., San Diego, CA 92116

Viewing from 9 to 10:15 with Rosary at 9:30 and Fr. Gerard McKee, CMRI will say a Requiem High Mass at 10:30 with interment to follow in Miramar National Cemetery. (As found at Daily Catholic.)

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all of the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
