April 14, 2014, Monday of Holy Week and the Commemoration of Saint Justin Martyr and the Commemoration of Saints Tiburtius, Valerian and Maximus

Although I have been more than a little attention in the past few weeks to the lords of the civil realm, it is appropriate even at the beginning of Holy Week to do so in order to be reminded of the profound chastisement that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is permitting us to endure as the price that must be paid for the crimes, our own most included, of course, that have been committed against Him and His Holy Church and the dishonor given to His Most Blessed Mother, Saint Joseph and all of the saints.

Taking Refuge in Racism to Break the Laws of God and Man examines recent efforts by United States Attorney General and President Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro to take refuge in the race card as a means to continue breaking the laws of God and men while at the same time self-piteously and self-righteously portraying their critics as racists in order to make illegitimate all opposition to them and them and their policies and positions. It is no wonder that professional race-baiters and statist as Obama/Soetoro and Holder should embrace the master race-baiter of them all, Alfred Sharpton, by speaking at the latter’s National Action Network convention in the City of New York, New York on Friday, April 11, 2014. These men truly believe that there is no king but caesar, which means there is no king but themselves. May God have mercy on us all as we face the increasing level of persecution that is ahead of us.

Finally, a detailed refutation of a yet another effort on the part of a prominent anti-sedevcantist, a man who has yet to acknowledge the existence, no less address in a scholarly manner, Gregorius’s The Chair is Still Empty, who is still flailing away at his straw man without making any reference to theological manuals, papal allocutions or scholarly articles, such as those written by the late Monsignor Joseph Clifford Fenton, who was a teacher of the late John Joseph “Jackie Boy” Sullivan. The only concern we must have is for truth, not for holding to anything that is contrary to Catholic teaching. The Novus Ordo Watch Wire is thus to be commended once again for its latest piece of scholarship for having systematically eviscerated the arguments made by an anti-sedevacantist writer.

There will be no article tomorrow, Tuesday of Holy Week, as some attention must be given today to mundane matters such as a little form that must be postmarked by tomorrow.

Further reflections on Holy Week will be published on each day thereafter, including Easter Sunday.

Here is a listing (in reverse order of publication) of recent articles in the event that you have been away from this site for a few days:
